Phase 1: the RESET

The starting program! This six week program is all about creating feel good foundations, healthy habits, and transforming the body and mind through weekly exercise, wellness challenges, and educational practices from different holistic practioners. This phase focuses on total body hiit and strength training workouts in just 15-30 minutes four times a week. Exercises are designed for all levels with advancements and modifications available. It’s highly encouraged that this phase is where you begin, no matter what your fitness level is.

each week features a follow along yoga videos from different teachers to reset and recover

Phase 2: STRONGER

You’ve completed phase 1 and you’re ready to get stronger and keep it rolling. In Phase 2, this six week program focuses on strength training, and different weekly challenges that promote a stronger body and mind. This program features new and advanced workouts designed to build lean muscle mass, improve body composition & body mechanics, promote weight loss, and increase energy and overall well being. You’ll learn more about the components of incorporating and maintaining a sustainable, optimal fitness routine. Phase 2 builds on habits established in Phase 1, so it is highly encouraged you start there first!

You’re ready to build on what you’ve built and revive your healthy lifestyle routines. In Phase 3, this six week program, focuses on promoting health and wellness in the whole body in three parts: metabolic conditioning, toning, and power. This phase introduces new styles of training and incorporates yoga, mobility, and cardiovascular activity for the optimal, well-rounded routine your body and mind needs to revive and thrive. Phase 3 builds on habits established in Phase 1 & 2, so it is highly encouraged you start there first!
