► resistance loop band

► a timer (your phone will work great!)
* A foam roller will be good to have for this phase, but not necessary!

HOW DOES THE WELL + FIT CHALLENGE WORK?
The week before the challenge begins, you will receive your welcome packet with details on how the program works, your starting fitness assessment and personalized goal questionnaire, and your six week training guide calendar. Every Sunday for the duration of the challenge, you will receive your log in code to view the week schedule ahead.
Each week will include:
The lifestyle practice wellness challenge for the week
What to do for a workout each day of the week (including a short video + workout card, with 4X different workouts each week)
One guided follow along yoga practice for each week
A bonus workout to do over the weekend, weekly recipe, and playlists!
You’ll be able to ask questions to your trainer, check-in, and keep yourself motivated and accountable throughout the program on the private Facebook group!

► You successfully completed the Well + Fit Challenge, Phase 1, and are ready to amp it up and keep things going!
► You are interested in learning about strength training and exercise to promote lean muscle mass and weight loss, improved body composition,

► You enjoy and benefit from group accountability and support, but like to have access to exercise on your own schedule.
► You are looking for guidance and routine on your fitness program done in a format that is easy to stick with and follow along!
► Your schedule doesn’t always allow for you to attend fitness classes, so you need a program that you can do from anywhere, anytime!
► You want short, but very effective, fun, and a variety of different workouts that you can access at anytime.
This program is suitable for all levels and for anyone, however it is highly suggested that you have completed phase 1 before entering this program.
