WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Receive four-weekly detailed training guides. Your week ahead will be emailed to you on the Sunday before. You will know exactly what workout to do and when. All workouts are modified to be accessible at home with little to no equipment. These workouts are perfect for those looking to start a new routine, and also for those that may be training for something specific and need more conditioning and variety.

5X a week 30-45 minutes follow along videos

Each day of the week (Mon-Fri) will have a corresponding workout to do. Our schedule will look like:

MONDAYS: TOTAL BODY STRENGTH TRAINING
these classes, that will build in a progressive format each week, will help you to build lean muscle mass, get stronger, and feel more confident. Strength training is crucial for metabolic health, to lower inflammation in the body, and for keeping your immune system healthy. Plus it makes ya feel sexy!

TUESDAYS: HIIT & POWER CIRCUITS
these classes, that will build in a progressive format each week, are mood boosting, sweat inducing (supports the lymphatic system which cleanses the entire body), fat burning workouts! You will get a dose of feel good hormones from these types of movement.

WEDNESDAYS: MOBILITY, YOGA, & RECOVERY
these classes bring hydration to your joints, muscles, and tissues through mobility movements, yoga poses, and recovery exercises. Most people skip out on these kind of movements, but they are actually crucial for helping your muscles to fire properly so you can build strength and benefit from your workouts. They support balance, mental clarity, and your nervous system (which plays a huge role in how your body responds to exercise!).

THURSDAYS: TONE & TUNE UP
these classes will feature a different ‘focus area’ each week (think glutes, back, upper body, core, etc!).

FRIDAYS: FEEL GOOD NERVOUS SYSTEM SUPPORT
these classes help you support your nervous system, and your emotional/mental body in addition to the physical. They are feel good, necessary, practices that help you integrate the week!

Each week, will feature a downloadable guide on a different area of lifestyle to support a whole body and mind cleanse. These are simple, sustainable practices that yield BIG results in reviving our body, mind, and spirit!

What you’ll need

This program is designed for at-home workouts and all workouts can be modified to be equipment free. If you do have access, here is the equipment you’ll need:

+ a pair of medium to heavy dumbbells
+ a resistance loop band
+ gliders or towels
+ exercise mat
+ a chair, bench, or couch!
