What you’ll need

This program is designed for at-home workouts and all workouts can be modified to be equipment free. If you do have access, here is the equipment you’ll need:

+ a pair of dumbbells (water jugs and cans work!)
+ a resistance loop band
+ the interval timer app
+ exercise mat
+ a chair, bench, or couch!

Angela is a Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health Coach in East, Maui.

She received her 200-hr certificate in Sanatan (Traditional) Yoga at the Nepal Yoga Academy. Here, she experienced personal transformation through Pranayama and Yoga Darshan (Philosophy). A strong focus on breath work, and taking lessons 'off the mat', is apparent in her teachings.

She studied Holistic Health Coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Here, she embodied personal empowerment and freedom through lifestyle and behavior reflection. She asks high-mileage questions and radiates radical compassion in her coaching. Prior to this work, she earned her Masters Degree in Teaching, and taught High School History, before following her desire to teach in a more meaningful way.
