Hi, I’m AJ!

With 15 years experience working in the fifteen and wellness industry, I have had the privilege of working with hundreds of people through 1:1 coaching and group programs. And while my training and credentials are in fitness and exercise science, my offerings are inspired by a diverse range of studies in alternative and holistic modalities.

I blend experience, research, and fun for a unique, light-hearted, and backed by nature approach.

This hasn’t always been just an interest, it’s been a necessity. I was a pretty athletic kid but was riddled with anxiety throughout college. A variety of chronic health issues plagued my twenties, and a severe medical trauma shaped the start of my thirties. I learned movement is medicine, and am an constant exploration of natural ways to connect, heal, and expand.

Getting out there— in nature and through travel is a big part of my work and lifestyle. I own and operate the largest Outdoor Fitness series in the Seacoast, and have brought yoga and fitness programs into the lives of action sport athletes--including pro snowboarders, surfers, and collegiate teams; into the workplace, for children, and have taught for international brands including Oakley, and national events.

In 2014, I co-founded Wild Vibes: Yoga, Music, & Arts Festival and Wild Vibes Retreats company, and have organized and led retreats in Nicaragua, Portugal, Bali, the US, and Sri Lanka. I have a decade worth of experience in event management and brand partnerships, and have been featured in major national and international magazines, publications, and brand campaigns.

I infuse a lot of heart, funk, and feel-good vibes (and music) into everything I do.
