A 6-Week Holistic Fitness + Wellness Program for the body and mind.
+ 2X a Week 45 Minute Group Fitness Training Sessions
Total Body Strength, HIIT, Circuits + metabolic conditioning workouts. Challenging, fun, + effective. Modified for all levels. First session includes a fitness assessment to track progress, with mobility training + yoga/stretch included in every session. Learn proper form, build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and work up a sweat in a fun atmosphere.

Members will receive weekly emails featuring your workout training guide, additional at-home workouts, meditation, + yoga videos, and wellness spotlights on tips, educational tools, and takeaways on different holistic wellness topics.

AJ Govoni is an international yoga teacher and certified fitness trainer. She has spent the last several years living and learning in diverse places throughout the world. Her studies and time spent in different cultures and communities have inspired her teaching philosophy and methodology. After experiencing several health issues, AJ found healing through alternative medicine and holistic modalities, which has shaped the practice behind her work today. She works with clients on mind/body wellness, and blends exercise, education, and experience to encourage optimal well-being, and empower individual purpose. AJ is a Co-Founder of Wild Vibes (a yoga, music, and arts festival and adventure retreat company that gives back) and Founder of Girl Be Fit- (empowering females through fitness and holistic wellness), and has worked with a number of brands and companies to create community events. You can always count on a lot of sweat, fun, funk, and feel good vibes in her classes.
