Girl Be Fit: Fierce outdoor fitness for the ladies.

What’s Girl Be Fit? 
Girl Be Fit combines effective, challenging, and progressive workouts in a kick-ass atmosphere. Led by Holistic Fitness Trainer & Yoga Teacher, AJ Govoni, Girl Be Fit provides the movement, community, and the tools for success to empower women to improve and transform their relationship to their body, health, and self. Sessions are circuit style workouts combining functional strength, HIIT, TRX, metabolic and core conditioning, with mobility warm-up and yoga cool down.

4-week training guide featuring additional do-anywhere workouts to access anytime.
Access to a private Facebook Group for additional tips, tools for success and motivation.

Who can join?
Anyone can take a class! Classes are open to all levels; modifications and advancements are always shown. If you are brand new to fitness, I suggest private training with me to get you started and comfortable!

What happens if it rains?
Depending on the severity of the weather, classes will be rescheduled to the make up dates listed above. Cancellations will be updated through our Facebook Group. Please follow to keep up to date!

What do I need to bring?
To save time, please arrive with a signed waiver for your first class. Bring a pair of dumbbells and a mat (I suggest one that you don't mind getting dirty!). Dress appropriately for NH weather, mornings tend to be a bit cooler. Sneakers are a must, and I recommend sunglasses and sunscreen!

How heavy of weights should I use?
 If you've never used weights before start with 5-8lbs, 8-10lbs for intermediate level and 12-15lbs for advanced. 

Can I drop in for a class after the 4 weeks have started?
Totally. Drop ins are welcome anytime. 

I can't make scheduled classes. Do you offer personal/group training sessions?
Yes! Just email AJ with days + times and the number of people interested, and she'll get back to you with pricing.
