Girl Be Fit: Fierce outdoor fitness for the ladies.

What’s Girl Be Fit? 
Girl Be Fit is an outdoor fitness and wellness program that combines effective, challenging, and progressive workouts with a social, fun, and supportive atmosphere. Sessions are circuit workouts that rotate between strength training, HIIT & cardio, core focused, and metabolic conditioning. Expect to be challenged using different exercise tools such as TRX, Kettlebells, battle ropes, weights, and the outdoors! All sessions include a dynamic warm up and proper cool-down, yoga stretch.

ALL levels are welcome and all exercises will be modified to meet your needs. Members will have access to a private Facebook Group for extra motivation and will receive a three-week training guide and additional at home workouts.

Girl Be Fit is created and led by Holistic Fitness Trainer, AJ Govoni. AJ has over ten years experience working as a lead personal trainer and yoga instructor, and has coached hundreds of people in exercise and well-being. For more information about AJ, visit: www.ajgovoni.com
