15X Squat + Overhead Shoulder Press
40X Bicycle Crunches (20 each side)
30X Weighted Bench Step Ups (15 each side)
24X Weighted Walking Lunges (12 each side)

SET #2: 2 Rounds:
10X Burpees
20X Weighted V Sit Up
16X Bench Jump Overs
15X Push Ups
